I can honestly say, this has also been my most pleasant experience in terms of selling a property and thank you for all your efforts and time.

I will sign and send tomorrow morning, together with the re-signed resolution, as suggested by Niel.

I will ensure Niel receives a copy but will cc you because I’m sure in terms of municipal clearance, etc. you and Niel will also be in contact.

On the one side it is sad to lose the property because we had it for 32 years, but it really is a case of the distance now making it impractical and whilst sad, I am really pleased with the signed offer on the table (thanks to you) and we will certainly still visit Cape St Francis from time to time.  My mom and I will be there on the 3^rd and 4^th of January to finalise the list of movable and remove all the personal effects.
